Аннотация: Современная лучевая диагностика поражений сонных артерий (CA) имеет важнейшее значение для определения тактики лечения пациентов с этим заболеванием. Показания к реконструктивным операциям на внутренних CA базируются на 3 основных факторах - клинической картине и течении цереброваскулярной недостаточности, специальных методах исследования экстра- и интракраниальных отделов брахиоцефальных артерий, исследованиях головного мозга в плане оценки степени вреда, нанесенного недостаточностью притока крови.
